MSMS comes with a ready starting point for United States: the class names, semesters, subjects, grading and fee categories a typical school uses — so you can have your school set up in minutes instead of typing it all in.
| Stage | Classes |
|---|---|
| Early Learning | Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, Kindergarten |
| Elementary | Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5 |
| Middle School | Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8 |
| High School | Grade 9, Grade 10, Grade 11, Grade 12 |
Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (Grades 1–5), Middle (6–8) and High School (9–12). Two semesters (use the quarters option below if your school reports quarterly). A–F letter grades on a 90 / 80 / 70 / 60 scale.

The setup is safe to run again: what already exists is left alone and nothing is ever deleted. See how setup and fees work →
Academic Setup includes a starting point for United States: 15 classes across 4 stages (Early Learning, Elementary, Middle School, High School), 2 semesters (Semester 1, Semester 2) and 43 subjects. Everything is editable before you import, so you can match your own school.
It uses percentage-based letter grades A–F with a 40-mark continuous-assessment share by default. You can change the bands and the CA/exam split in Settings.
Parents can pay online with Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe where those providers support their card or wallet, or pay to the school's mobile-money number or bank account and have the school confirm it. Fees are shown in USD. Check each provider's documentation for the countries and currencies it supports.
It is a starting point built from the country's published school structure. Please check names, terms and grading against your ministry or examination board before relying on it — and edit anything that differs for your school.
