MSMS comes with a ready starting point for Uganda: the class names, terms, subjects, grading and fee categories a typical school uses — so you can have your school set up in minutes instead of typing it all in.
| Stage | Classes |
|---|---|
| Nursery | Baby Class, Middle Class, Top Class |
| Lower Primary | P1, P2, P3 |
| Upper Primary | P4, P5, P6, P7 |
| O-Level | S1, S2, S3, S4 |
| A-Level | S5, S6 |
Uganda: nursery (Baby, Middle, Top), Primary P1–P7 (PLE), Secondary S1–S4 (UCE, O-Level) and S5–S6 (UACE, A-Level). Three terms in a calendar year. Grade bands follow the UNEB O-Level style.

The setup is safe to run again: what already exists is left alone and nothing is ever deleted. See how setup and fees work →
Academic Setup includes a starting point for Uganda: 16 classes across 5 stages (Nursery, Lower Primary, Upper Primary, O-Level, A-Level), 3 terms (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3) and 49 subjects. Everything is editable before you import, so you can match your own school.
It uses D1 (distinction) down to F9 (fail) with a 40-mark continuous-assessment share by default. You can change the bands and the CA/exam split in Settings.
Parents can pay online with Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe where those providers support their card or wallet, or pay to the school's mobile-money number or bank account and have the school confirm it. Fees are shown in UGX. Check each provider's documentation for the countries and currencies it supports.
It is a starting point built from the country's published school structure. Please check names, terms and grading against your ministry or examination board before relying on it — and edit anything that differs for your school.
