MSMS comes with a ready starting point for Nigeria: the class names, terms, subjects, grading and fee categories a typical school uses — so you can have your school set up in minutes instead of typing it all in.
| Stage | Classes |
|---|---|
| Early Years | Creche, Pre-Nursery, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Reception |
| Lower Primary | Primary 1, Primary 2, Primary 3 |
| Upper Primary | Primary 4, Primary 5, Primary 6 |
| Junior Secondary | JSS 1, JSS 2, JSS 3 |
| Senior Secondary | SS 1, SS 2, SS 3 |
Nigeria's 9-3-3 structure: Creche, Nursery, Primary 1–6, JSS 1–3 (BECE / Basic Education Certificate) and SS 1–3 (WAEC / NECO). Three terms. SS sections are the Science, Arts and Commercial classes. Continuous assessment 40 % / exam 60 % is the common split — change it if your school differs.

The setup is safe to run again: what already exists is left alone and nothing is ever deleted. See how setup and fees work →
Academic Setup includes a starting point for Nigeria: 17 classes across 5 stages (Early Years, Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Junior Secondary, Senior Secondary), 3 terms (First Term, Second Term, Third Term) and 80 subjects. Everything is editable before you import, so you can match your own school.
It uses WAEC-style A1–F9 bands with a 40-mark continuous-assessment share by default. You can change the bands and the CA/exam split in Settings.
Parents can pay online with Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe where those providers support their card or wallet, or pay to the school's mobile-money number or bank account and have the school confirm it. Fees are shown in NGN. Check each provider's documentation for the countries and currencies it supports.
It is a starting point built from the country's published school structure. Please check names, terms and grading against your ministry or examination board before relying on it — and edit anything that differs for your school.
