MSMS comes with a ready starting point for Ghana: the class names, terms, subjects, grading and fee categories a typical school uses — so you can have your school set up in minutes instead of typing it all in.
| Stage | Classes |
|---|---|
| Early Years | Creche, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, KG 1, KG 2 |
| Lower Primary | Primary 1, Primary 2, Primary 3 |
| Upper Primary | Primary 4, Primary 5, Primary 6 |

Ghana Education Service structure: Creche, Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary 1–6, JHS 1–3 (BECE) and SHS 1–3 (WASSCE). Three terms a year. SHS sections are the programmes. Continuous assessment (SBA) 30 % / exam 70 % is the usual split — change it if your school differs.

The setup is safe to run again: what already exists is left alone and nothing is ever deleted. See how setup and fees work →
Academic Setup includes a starting point for Ghana: 17 classes across 5 stages (Early Years, Lower Primary, Upper Primary, Junior High, Senior High), 3 terms (Term 1, Term 2, Term 3) and 67 subjects. Everything is editable before you import, so you can match your own school.
It uses WAEC-style A1–F9 bands with a 30-mark continuous-assessment share by default. You can change the bands and the CA/exam split in Settings.
Parents can pay online with Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe where those providers support their card or wallet, or pay to the school's mobile-money number or bank account and have the school confirm it. Fees are shown in GHS. Check each provider's documentation for the countries and currencies it supports.
It is a starting point built from the country's published school structure. Please check names, terms and grading against your ministry or examination board before relying on it — and edit anything that differs for your school.
