MSMS comes with a ready starting point for Tanzania: the class names, terms, subjects, grading and fee categories a typical school uses — so you can have your school set up in minutes instead of typing it all in.
| Stage | Classes |
|---|---|
| Pre-Primary | Pre-Unit, Nursery 1, Nursery 2 |
| Primary | Standard I, Standard II, Standard III, Standard IV, Standard V, Standard VI, Standard VII |
| O-Level | Form 1, Form 2, Form 3, Form 4 |
| A-Level | Form 5, Form 6 |
Tanzania: pre-primary, Standard I–VII (PSLE), Form 1–4 (CSEE, O-Level) and Form 5–6 (ACSEE, A-Level). Two terms in a calendar year. Grades follow the NECTA CSEE bands.

The setup is safe to run again: what already exists is left alone and nothing is ever deleted. See how setup and fees work →
Academic Setup includes a starting point for Tanzania: 16 classes across 4 stages (Pre-Primary, Primary, O-Level, A-Level), 2 terms (Term 1, Term 2) and 45 subjects. Everything is editable before you import, so you can match your own school.
It uses A (excellent) down to F (fail) with a 40-mark continuous-assessment share by default. You can change the bands and the CA/exam split in Settings.
Parents can pay online with Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe where those providers support their card or wallet, or pay to the school's mobile-money number or bank account and have the school confirm it. Fees are shown in TZS. Check each provider's documentation for the countries and currencies it supports.
It is a starting point built from the country's published school structure. Please check names, terms and grading against your ministry or examination board before relying on it — and edit anything that differs for your school.
Open the demo to explore every portal, then pick your country in Academic Setup after you buy.
